Hi, I’m Padma Pothula, founder of Books & Profits. I enjoy working with business owners who are passionate about what they’re building and want to better understand the financial side of their business. I started Books & Profits with a simple belief — business owners shouldn’t have to struggle to understand their numbers.
Over the years, I’ve worked with entrepreneurs and growing companies who were working hard to grow their businesses, but their financial records often lacked the structure needed to clearly understand performance and make confident decisions. That experience led me to establish Books & Profits.
Today, I support growing businesses with reliable bookkeeping, payroll coordination, tax coordination, and structured financial reporting so business owners always have clear visibility into their financial health.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, and continuously learning about business and personal growth. I also enjoy helping entrepreneurs and professionals become more confident in managing their finances.
